    Exhale Core Fusion: Body Sculpt

"Lose the Giggle without the Gym!" ~Marie Claire

Build a strong core, develop washboard abs, improve posture, and create a tighter, firmer physique with Core Fusion Body Sculpt. This total-body program employs exercises that tone and sculpt your deepest, hard-to-reach muscles so it’s more efficient and effective than traditional strength training. You’ll use your own body weight as resistance and small hand weights to really challenge and build your muscles. Body Sculpt is a combination of movements from Dance, Pilates, Tai Chi, and Yoga. Strength training is key to loosing fat! You must make your muscles strong to maximize metabolism and actually burn fat. Body Sculpt helps accomplish that. You will lose weight, you will become lean and strong and look fabulous.

Boy do my buns hurt! I loved it though, it felt great to work up a sweat. It's getting close to swimsuit season and frankly, I need to look fabulous. We live in the pools in the summer, the last thing you want to show off is some cellulite and flab. Yes, I did just have a baby a couple months ago.. but that doesn't mean I have to look I just had a baby.

Body Sculpt was perfect for me. The movements and exercises were easy to follow, although, it is tougher than I initially thought. I already do Yoga and some pilates but... Body Sculpt help work muscles I had forgotten about! It isn't too strenuous so my milk production is still up where it needs to be. I simply work my muscles, becoming fit, tone, and lean with only a few ten minutes sections, depending one what I would like to work that day.

I am feeling great! I feel stronger and more energize... even though I am still tired from late night baby needs. I can feel just how tone I am getting. My pants aren't fitting me anymore! My arms aren't waving back at me, my tummy is feeling taut and my feminine shape is coming back! I love this DVD. I have been doing it for a couple of weeks and I am already getting better at it, I don't have to pause as much as I did the first few days. Body Sculpt is still challenging because you use your own resistance. It's definitely a keeper, even if I don't follow the DVD, I have learned how to train my body.

I already love yoga, so this is just one more thing to add to my weekly routine. Yoga daily, Interval Training 3 days a week, and now Strength Training with Body Sculpt the other 3 days! (I don't on Sundays)

Fusion system will strengthen your body, quiet your mind, and improve your overall well-being while redefining your physique from head to toe.

BUY IT!! Core Fusion Body Sculpt is available through Amazon.com for $14.99. OR Acacia Lifestyle

I love my kids, my husband, and my dog. I also have slight a obsession with makeup and fashion. I love to cook, make sugar cookies, and craft things. Anything that can make my life easier or prettier... I am pretty much all for! I love shoes, mostly high heels, because they make my legs look amazeballs. Or at least less blah. I don't like laundry. Like at all. But I love clothes. Does that make sense?
