The New Year is upon us... we've all probably made resolutions to lose weight and become healthy. I had my baby 2 1/2 months ago and have been trying to lose my extra baby weight ever since. But only in a fashion of doing it right, by eating healthy, exercising, and strengthening myself to care for my ever growing children without damaging my milk supply.
I love babywearing, cuddling, soothing, and frankly just being near my babies. Lullaby Exercises promote each one of those concepts and combines them into one great workout!
Lullaby Exercises is a series of fun, easy-to-learn movements—dancing, swaying, stretching & relaxing—that are performed while holding a baby in your arms or in a baby carrier. It’s designed for new moms to share moments with their baby, put a little one to sleep, and to feel good emotionally and physically.
Following Lullaby Exercises was easy. It literally gives you no excuse not to do it everyday. It's that simple, but quite effective. You will sweat. I did, especially holding a baby. Each exercise is done standing up; from squats to sit-ups, cardio and even simple swaying movements.. you're bound to feel the burn. I found myself using the techniques daily. Especially during naps and nighttime... {which is great because it comes with such a fun music collection CD by Lisa Phenix, you can literally do it anywhere} But I also took twenty minutes out my busy day to follow the DVD too. I really enjoyed doing it.
Lullaby Exercises not only helps get you back into those skinny jeans, it helps soothe your fussy baby back to sleep or even back to calm. Being a mother is hard, no two ways about it, why not make it easier by following simple movements that flow to soothing fun music. Your not going to regret it.
BUY IT!! You can purchase Chicks n' Chickens Lullaby Exercises through Barnes and Noble for $29.99.
