Shed 5 Fast

Do you have pounds lingering? Especially after having a baby? Let's face it, baby weight is the worst part about having a baby... but more than worth it to get the end result! I have done it 3 times because I just love my kids so much, but my body, well that's a whole other story.

Lindsay Brin is a fabulous trainer! My body aches and sweats but feels amazing. I loved it. Not only am I feeling better I am seeing results! What more could you ask for.

Lose 5 pounds fast with Lindsay's Weight Loss methods. These two total-body workouts balance toning exercises with bursts of energetic cardio for maximum fat burning in only 30 minutes. This interval training is the most efficient way to burn calories, and two different workouts ensure you won’t hit a plateau during the six week program.

Lindsay Brin uses the 3/3 interval method for the most effective fat burning workout - 3 minutes of toning using multiple muscle groups to boost metabolism, and 3 minutes of martial arts/kickboxing to melt fat in exercises that are simple and effective. Follow your level- beginner, intermediate or advanced, or step up your program to advanced as you start to see results.

I have challenged myself to include Shed 5 Fast in my weekly regimen, 3 times a week. {also fitting Yoga, and Strength training in there too} So far, I LOVE IT! What a great workout.

Shed 5 Fast was easy to follow, but I have to admit there were a few times I had to caught my breathe! Haha. It didn't even feel like a 30 minute workout! I was able to keep up and enjoy following it. And after it was over I could still enjoy the rest of my day feeling like I really accomplished something just for me.

TRY IT!! Moms in Fitness is holding a contest right now. 6 weeks to see a better you. Seriously! All you have to do is follow SHED 5 FAST (take a before picture and 6 weeks later an after picture and write about it!)

WIN IT!! You can win $250 and a chance to be in Lindsay's Next Video! (AND better yet, LOSE weight! That's a prize all by itself!) Simply follow these instructions. Make it a point this year to get your body back and this is definitely a great way to motivate yourself! {Ends March 15}

Chicks n' Chickens DVD/CD Collection

Groove to Soothe.. mind, body, and baby.

The New Year is upon us... we've all probably made resolutions to lose weight and become healthy. I had my baby 2 1/2 months ago and have been trying to lose my extra baby weight ever since. But only in a fashion of doing it right, by eating healthy, exercising, and strengthening myself to care for my ever growing children without damaging my milk supply.

I love babywearing, cuddling, soothing, and frankly just being near my babies. Lullaby Exercises promote each one of those concepts and combines them into one great workout!

Lullaby Exercises is a series of fun, easy-to-learn movements—dancing, swaying, stretching & relaxing—that are performed while holding a baby in your arms or in a baby carrier. It’s designed for new moms to share moments with their baby, put a little one to sleep, and to feel good emotionally and physically.

Following Lullaby Exercises was easy. It literally gives you no excuse not to do it everyday. It's that simple, but quite effective. You will sweat. I did, especially holding a baby. Each exercise is done standing up; from squats to sit-ups, cardio and even simple swaying movements.. you're bound to feel the burn. I found myself using the techniques daily. Especially during naps and nighttime... {which is great because it comes with such a fun music collection CD by Lisa Phenix, you can literally do it anywhere} But I also took twenty minutes out my busy day to follow the DVD too. I really enjoyed doing it.

Lullaby Exercises not only helps get you back into those skinny jeans, it helps soothe your fussy baby back to sleep or even back to calm. Being a mother is hard, no two ways about it, why not make it easier by following simple movements that flow to soothing fun music. Your not going to regret it.

BUY IT!! You can purchase Chicks n' Chickens Lullaby Exercises through Barnes and Noble for $29.99.

I love my kids, my husband, and my dog. I also have slight a obsession with makeup and fashion. I love to cook, make sugar cookies, and craft things. Anything that can make my life easier or prettier... I am pretty much all for! I love shoes, mostly high heels, because they make my legs look amazeballs. Or at least less blah. I don't like laundry. Like at all. But I love clothes. Does that make sense?
