This is an amazing resource! Making More Milk was a fantastic read, easy to follow and understand. Especially for women who feel they aren't making enough milk, or losing the supply they have. This would be the perfect book for a women considering breastfeeding, but also fabulous for a current nursing mother as well.
I found this book to be very essential when nursing. It is well-written and researched to the last detail. With important information about how milk production works and reasons why you could be losing your supply. Making More Milk has many chapters describing each possible reason and cause. Not only does it explain the causes, but it gives you information on how to fix each problem. Or to even stop the problems from even forming.
I actually have problems with my milk supply. I struggled with my first son, and barely made enough to feed him. And now having an 8 week old son I still find time where I just don't seem to have enough. After reading this book, it help immensely! I found that not only are there reasons created from the mother, but from the baby, or uncontrollable situations such a illness and more. I love each suggestion and solution. It really made me think about the possibilities for my own supply and how to resolve them. Making More Milk offers a guide to herbs and superfoods that help boost your supply, which is what helped the most for me.
You don't have to be losing your supply to read this book. It is a great resource to ALL breastfeeding mothers... even pregnant mothers before they deliver.
BUY IT!! Making More Milk has this great autographed book for only $15.95 and Free Shipping. If you are need of some help with increasing your milk supply you are going to want to get this!

What a great resource for breastfeeding mamas like myself! I'm proud to say that I've been nursing my daughter for the past 8 months. :) I plan to allow her to self-wean. I was not as successful with my first three children. I think what really hindered me was a lack of knowledge. What a difference breastfeeding knowledge has made in my success this time around!

Whoops! I meant to leave a link to a fun breastfeeding post I wrote on my blog. Stop by sometime. I'd love for you to visit. :)

Stopping in from SITS.
I'm done breastfeeding- pretty much went 4.5 years straight because of how close in age my boys are.
I had a supply problem on ONE side. So, eventually, my boys rejected that side and I walked around with one side a size DD and the other a pathetic little B.
I made enough, but I sure looked funny.
This would have been a good resource for me when I was trying to breast feed. Which didn't go well because, well I didn't have enough milk.
Stopped by from SITS to say hi and welcome.
Good on you for sticking with it. I'm onto feeding baby no. 4. I have too much milk, chest constantly feels like it's going to explode. Oh well, at least the husband likes it.
Sounds like a great book!
