The Bubble Bath was a favorite for my children, but I really loved the lotions! I love the way they left my children's skin feeling soft and smelling clean.
They make products for adults as well. I fell in love with the Pomegranate Fig Body Butter the second I opened it. I love Figs. I think they are my favorite fruit! The smell was amazing. It's subtle but beautiful. With hint of both pomegranate and fig without being over powering. It also left my skin so soft. I will definitely be ordering again.

I visited the Living Well Family site and read about treating eczema naturally. She used evening primrose oil, and it seemed to relieve the symptoms. I may have to get some and try it on our son's eczema!
We should avoid petroleum byproducts (mineral oil and petrolatum) because it creates a barrier that interferes with the body's natural moisturizing system.

"The problem is that the 35-year-old federal law regulating tap water is so out of date that the vast majority of chemicals now found in our drinking water have either not been evaluated for human safety or are not currently regulated at all."...SCARY!!!

I learned that to fight eczema (something I struggle with)you can: We discovered that a vitamin deficiency of B6 could contribute to the condition and we found that two other dietary supplements made a huge difference.
1.Fish oil- omega 3 fatty acids in fish oil helps reduce inflammation throughout the body. This mean less redness and itchiness for skin conditions including eczema.
2.Probiotics- helps reduce eczema flare-ups in many children. Flare-ups on the skin usually reflect an imbalance inside the digestive tract. Probiotics populate the gut with “good bacteria” that can suppress the growth of potentially harmful bacteria which compromise the immune system’s ability to function.
So many chemicals to avoid, but one in particular is: Formaldehyde
