Elizabeth Pantley is famous for her help with sleep problems in children. Her books are well respected and extremely helpful. I know after reading them, I found so many great solutions to simple sleep problem. I now no longer worry about sleep when it comes to my 2 year old. He is way easier to put to sleep then my 4 year old!
Her No-Cry Sleep Solution books give wonderful advice about signs of tiredness, or over fatigue. The benefits of earlier bedtimes {7pm}.. which I use every night when possible! She also, gives a great deal of help with quite time. Giving not only peace but restful awakeness most mothers crave!

I am in desperate need of a good night sleep. I don't think I've had a decent one since my first child eight years ago. A little help won't hurt I'm sure, count me in!
