When it comes to toys, I typically like to pick items that my kids can do more than just "play" with. I want them to learn and laugh and create.
This is exactly what Melissa and Doug toys do.
* We own everything in this picture! And countless other puzzles. We love Melissa and Doug!
The thing I love most about Melissa and Doug is the sturdiness of them. They hold up well to the constant "{ab}USE" of my children. Keep in mind one of these kids is a 2 1/2 year old boy. Rough and tumble, that's for sure.
The Alphabet train may be one of my favorites. It's actually a fun train, not just a puzzle! Each letter with it's animal beginning with that particular letter; is a car for the train, so this is quite long and my kids love putting it together.
I also really love the Alphabet tower. My 2 year old got this for Christmas last year and love building up and {of course} knocking it down. His older sister loves to help him with his alphabet while building it too.
Not only are products from Melissa and Doug colorful, fun, but educational; there is always something that can be learned by playing with these toys.
*I was not asked to write this review. Melissa and Doug make great products for kids and I simply wanted to showcase them with my opinion of them.
