Cooking with Trader Joe's Cookbook: Easy Lunch Boxes version

I am a huge Trader Joe's fan! I love it so much that I drive 30 minutes to even get to one! I was extremely excited when I saw a new Cooking with Trader Joe's cookbook, this time with Easy Lunch Boxes.  I own the Easy Lunch Boxes system and I love them!  I use them quite often, so when I saw on Kelly Lester's blog months ago that there was going to be a new Cooking with Trader Joe's cookbook for lunches I knew I had to have it!
There are some great features about this book.  First, the lunches are easy to make! Second, the recipes look delicious, nutritious, and fun! They also tell you if the meal is vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free.    Third, each recipe has a gorgeous picture to go with it!  This is such a huge thing for me.  I can do things without pictures, and yet I really love being able to see the finished product or ideas on how to put it all together.  Lastly, they are made with Trader Joe's food! Which means, food with no icky additives; like hydrogenated oils or high fructose corn syrup among others.  They also have items for all kinds of people; vegans, vegetarians, gluten-free and I am sure even more.

A few of my "I really want to try" lunches are:
Chicken BLT with Pesto Cream Cheese
    English Tea Sandwiches
    Salmon Salad

But all the recipes look amazing!

    About the book
Cooking with Trader Joe’s Cookbook - Easy Lunch Boxes is a delightfully different cookbook, born from social media. Through the online network that grew around her EasyLunchboxes products, Kelly discovered a world of bloggers and parents whose ideas for attention-grabbing, healthy food matched her own ingenuity – so she brought them together for this book. Among the book’s 32 contributors are popular food bloggers Marla Meridith (the book’s food stylist  and photographer), Aviva Goldfarb, Leslie Durso, and Lisa Leake, with a foreword by food activist Bettina Elias Siegel. The cookbook offers options for the entire family, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free offerings.

BUY IT!! Cooking with Trader Joe’s Cookbook: Easy Lunch Boxes is available at bookstores everywhere including Barnes & Noble and Amazon.com beginning September 15th (hardcover, $24.95, Brown Bag Publishers).

I love my kids, my husband, and my dog. I also have slight a obsession with makeup and fashion. I love to cook, make sugar cookies, and craft things. Anything that can make my life easier or prettier... I am pretty much all for! I love shoes, mostly high heels, because they make my legs look amazeballs. Or at least less blah. I don't like laundry. Like at all. But I love clothes. Does that make sense?
