    Go Green Lunch Box {What's in our Lunch Box?}

    With school beginning, lunch supplies are a must!  But you can't always trust some of the products that are "made" for lunches.  Some are far too flimsy, hard to use, and/or break and wear out before the end of the school year.  You want something sturdy, easy to clean, easy to use (especially if you have a young school age child) and cost efficient.

    I make my daughter's lunch from home for 2 reasons: I chose what she eats therefore insuring {for myself} that she is getting a balance of nutrition and because I feel it's cheaper, although not always cheaper depending on what you make, but in theory, I am already making lunch for my 2 other kids... typically the same thing I made my daughter for school so why have to buy more than I need.
    I also love the idea of reusable lunch boxes, this eliminates the extra cost of home made lunch.  When I first saw the Go Green Lunch Box I wanted it.  The features and appeal was exactly the kind of product I knew I would like to have for lunches from home

    Some of the great features are:
    ~Retention Clips: which keeps the lid and box together, but easily unfastened so lid and
     box can be separated.
    ~Perfect Size food container for a nutritious meal.
    ~Has an erasable white board on the inside of the lunch bag cooler to
    create loving messages or reminders.
    ~Lunch bag is made from non-toxic materials and wipes clean with a damp cloth.
    ~Turn n' Lock technology that ensures food stays fresh within its own compartment.
    ~Silicone bands ensure a secure leakproof seal for each individual compartment.

    I love how deep the compartments are!  You can fit so much in each one. You have more room for a balanced meal, because there are 4 compartments for food; you can use one for the entree', one for fruit, one for veggie and depending on what you made you can add dairy, protein or even a dip.

    I loved that they took the extra steps to help keep food fresh. {turn n' lock and silicone bands} It seals tight!  No leaking!  This helps food from getting soggy; from say juices of fruits, mixing during the day or even to prevent dips and sauces from spilling all over the place.

    I loved that they added room for a drink.  This was a huge bonus for us!  You don't have to use the stainless steel bottle that comes with the kit, you can put all sorts of drinks in there that fit perfectly; juice boxes or single serve milks, but it is nice to add your own liquid to help with cost.

    I think the Go Green Lunch Box is such a great lunch box!  There was so much thought involved with making this a perfect reusable lunch box.  The features help make my life a little easier, and that is definitely a must in this house.

    Mickey Mouse Chicken Nuggets,  2 Joe Joe Cookies from Trader Joe's, Raw Broccoli, Cut Cantaloupe, and Sliced Cherries, Cheddar Bunnies, and Water.
    {no sauces, my daughter didn't want ketchup or ranch today}

    BUY IT!! With a variety of designs for the lunch bag you can find something great for your child or even yourself.  Buy online for $32.99.

I love my kids, my husband, and my dog. I also have slight a obsession with makeup and fashion. I love to cook, make sugar cookies, and craft things. Anything that can make my life easier or prettier... I am pretty much all for! I love shoes, mostly high heels, because they make my legs look amazeballs. Or at least less blah. I don't like laundry. Like at all. But I love clothes. Does that make sense?
