    Tummy Tie

I think all pregnant women hold off as long as possible before buying or simply wearing maternity clothes! Not that you can't find maternity clothes that are stylish, because you definitley can... but it's the feeling of wearing maternity clothes that gets me. I am not a fan of maternity jeans, blah, I simply wear them while I am out running errands/etc. then I come home to comfy pants... this usually means a pair of gauchos!

I stumbled across the Tummy Tie, I had heard of products and even seen some similar to the Tummy Tie, but nothing that seemed to "fit." Immediately, I needed to try it!

TummyTie® was designed to allow women to continue wearing their own clothes comfortably throughout pregnancy, post pregnancy, fluctuating weight, bloating and menopause. ~Tummy Tie.com

I was so excited that you could buy ONE product to do so much. Did you ever see the commercials with women jumping (literally) trying to get into their jeans while on their period? I have so been there; fluctuating weight?.. done that, bloating?.. you got it, and of course pregnancy and postpartum. I am so looking forward to walking out of the hospital in something other than sweats.

    Features and benefits of TummyTie:

    • Extremely comfortable to wear & easy to use
    • Discreet & classic in appearance
    • The elastic expands with your waistline; the average wear is up to 6 months & post pregnancy using the medium TummyTie, & there is also a large TummyTie included in the pack for later or multiple pregnancy
    • Your pants, skirt and jeans sit flat
    • The unique patented design of TummyTie being threaded through the buttonhole & back over itself eliminates the need for a fabric panel in the front of your pants (it holds the pants together at the top rather than encouraging them to be pulled further apart like other products, & this stops your zipper from going down).
    • The patented design also enables the TummyTie to stretch depending upon how much pressure your tummy is putting on it – so it is perfect for fluctuating weight, in-between sizes, menopausal or post-operative bloating, right through to full term pregnancy; It is extremely versatile
    • High density elastic material means the TummyTie always keeps its shape & strong elasticity and is very durable
    • Designed for front, side and back fastening garments
    • You can also wear the TummyTie the reverse way around on the inside button & buttonhole of your slide fastened pants!

    HOW TO USE TUMMYTIE:

Step 1: Attach one end of the TummyTie to the existing button on your clothes (seam showing)
Step 2: Thread the other end of the TummyTie behind and through the buttonhole
Step 3: Fold back over itself, re-attaching the TummyTie to your existing button

Care Instructions: Cool machine wash, lay flat to dry. Do not dry clean or tumble dry.

I think the best part about the Tummy Tie is that it actually works! It gives you a little more room to breathe, to move, to feel a little better when wearing your favorite pants regardless of what is going on in your life at the time. I found that the Tummy Tie was such a wonderful addition to my wardrobe, right there when I need it. No more need to change into my gauchos!

BUY IT!! You can purchase the TummyTie for $19.95. It comes with 3 TummyTies... 2 medium; 1 black and 1 white, and 1 large in black. This is a great deal

I love my kids, my husband, and my dog. I also have slight a obsession with makeup and fashion. I love to cook, make sugar cookies, and craft things. Anything that can make my life easier or prettier... I am pretty much all for! I love shoes, mostly high heels, because they make my legs look amazeballs. Or at least less blah. I don't like laundry. Like at all. But I love clothes. Does that make sense?
