The Miracle Ball Method for Pregnancy

Have you ever wanted to relieve back pain, ease labor, reduce stress while pregnant? Even regain your flat belly after pregnancy. Elaine Petrone can show you how with The Miracle Ball Method for Pregnancy.

The Miracle Ball Method for Pregnancy is a low-impact, non-invasive series of "unexercises" that relax muscles and allow the body to realign and reshape as it adjusts to accommodate a growing baby. By simply resting on these two small balls --included with the book-- and breathing deeply for as little as five minutes each day, women will feel the familiar symptoms of pregnancy disappear as their bodies become more relaxed and aligned. And the ultimate bonus: the method will help any woman regain a flat belly after birth!!

The book has chapters and sections that work for specific aches and pains. The chapter (#2) talks about BREATHING! Not just for prenatal and postpartum, but forever. Mindful breathing is one of the best tools to learn and essential for the Miracle Ball Method, Elaine Petrone states: "Breathing is probably the single most important thing you can do for you body to find relief from whatever ails you." {backaches, fatigue, sleeplessness, indigestion, sciatic pains, leg cramps, or poor flexibility}" I WAS INSTANTLY INTRIGUED! I had to know more. She then teaches you how to breath. The other chapters teach you how to use the ball to accomplish relief for your specific ache; middle back pain, knee pain, leg cramps, tension headaches.. etc. pretty much anything you can think of... the Miracle Ball Method can help achieve.

I really loved how this made my body feel. Back pain is probably my biggest problem while pregnant (even when not pregnant!) and I could instantly feel relief when trying out the positions. I even used this on my husband! He had hurt his back week ago and was still sore from it, so I opted to help while reading the book to my husband and showing him where to position the ball for the best results. (This book is fantastic about showing you how to do it, with not only written words but pictures! You really can't mess up.) He was hesitant about using something that said "pregnancy" on it, haha.. but I told him that this started as a muscle tension relief method before she made one for pregnancy. He then complied, seeing as he didn't really have much choice, and also experience an instant sense of relief from his achy back.

One of my favorite parts of the book was the chapters called "Reshaping Your Body After Birth and Postpartum Exercises" We aren't pregnant forever, though it may seem we may be, we need to remember the after birth as well. We all want to feel better, reshape our bodies, care for a new baby, and be able to have confidence to do it all. Just like for pregnancy, The Miracle Ball Method for Pregnancy helps realign your skeleton while using the same breathing methods taught earlier to increase oxygen to your muscle to help relieve stress, aches, tension and regain confidence in your body.

Reduce Muscle Tension and say goodbye to the aches & pains of pregnancy and that post-partum belly with ease.

I love my kids, my husband, and my dog. I also have slight a obsession with makeup and fashion. I love to cook, make sugar cookies, and craft things. Anything that can make my life easier or prettier... I am pretty much all for! I love shoes, mostly high heels, because they make my legs look amazeballs. Or at least less blah. I don't like laundry. Like at all. But I love clothes. Does that make sense?
