The first time, I took my kids {3} to the park while I did this workout. I put all 3 of my kids in my jogging stroller which happens to be a Chariot Cougar 2, that technically only holds 2 kids, but managed to get all my kids happily in there. This workout was killer! LOL. I did have 100 pounds worth of kids that I was pushing though. I think I felt my legs for days after. And I am loving the way my upper back and arms are looking!
I did this stroller workout again, while listening to audio version {watch the DVD first then you'll know just what to do} while my son was at basketball so I had 2 kids. It felt great to get out and actually do something more productive with my time instead of just going home and watching TV while waiting the hour for my son... and definitely more fun then coming home to do laundry! It seems that I struggle getting myself moving, {I'm usually tired} but once I start the workout, (even simply walking) my body knows what I need and pushes me. I always feel great after doing the stroller workout.

I haven't been pregnant in 2 years, and even though I workout weekly and have lost that baby weight forever ago, I found these exercises help you use muscles you may have forgotten about! Ouch! But a good ouch, a feeling of wonderful soreness you can tell will look amazing if you keep it up.
