I had the pleasure of reviewing this work out video series.
I workout daily. Seriously daily. Although I am not in tip top shape, I feel like an intermediate level person. I can pretty much keep up with any video.. with the occasional break.
The Ab Core Training Section comes in 3 levels.. boy is level 3 tough when you do all 3 at once! The first level is very easy... probably a little too easy. Level 2 is probably my favorite level, not too tough but challenging enough that it make you feel it and keep up.
It's Not your average ab workout.
The other Section of the DVD was the Buns and Thighs. I loved this Section. You can really feel it working.. Ouch. And it has some pretty unique ways of working your thighs.
After doing this video... I can see how if done correctly and frequently you really could get very strong and fit. The workouts aren't too long so this really could be done daily. (I would switch from abs to buns and thighs every other day though)
I have been struggling with my baby weight forever it seems like. And I am excited to add this to my collection of workout videos.
